What’s Your Word?

Instead of New Year’s resolutions that get swept aside in a few weeks or months, I try to choose a word to set an intention for the coming year. When I do my monthly planning, I try to incorporate the word into my goals and guide my experiences. 
How do you want to be different in the coming year? Do you want to be healthier? Spend more time with family? Learn something new? Let your word be your north star, your compass to guide you over the next twelve months.
